Cabbage With Bacon and Onion

Ingredients

1 x whole cabbage, shredded
150g Bacon, cubed
Half an onion, cubed
Clove of garlic, finely chopped

Method

In a large frying pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the onion and bacon and cook for 10 minutes but don't let the onion burn
Add the garlic and cook for a further 3 minutes
Add the shredded cabbage and cook for 10 minutes stiring often. It should be slightly crisp however if you want it softened cover the pan for a minute or so.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
