Reminiscent of celery Angelica can grow to a height of 8 feet. The lead, stem and flower can all be used. Try using the leaves chopped in a salad.

Cooking Methods

Angelica Butter

Butter
1 Tablespoon of Angelica leaves, chopped
1/8 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Peel
1 Teaspoom chopped garlic
1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Soften the butter and mix in the remaining ingredients. Place on plastic wrap and palce in fridge to harden.
Delicious on fish.
